* instructions how to reproduce the problem

Maybe the document is checked out? Can you execute the "Force
Check-In" usecase in the File menu?

I made FORCE CHECK-IN and it worked. But this problem arises a number of
times as I browse/traverse CMS pages in the same session (i.e. during
the session).
Please suggest.
