Just to be sure: Can I put patches for the TinyMCE files on the Leyna Wiki?

I would probably say not. Maybe others have different interpretation of
the rules?
They could be posted at a 3rd party location, and then linked to on
either the wiki or website. Something like Florent's svn tree or even
Google Code (if they allow LGPL projects).
