Hi!

I have recently deployed 2.8 on a production site (bad idea, I know...) and there seems to be some problem with caching in IE6: For example, I have a list view, from where the user can go to a detail view and then to edit. After editing and saving, the change is correctly displayed in the detail view, but the list view still shows the old value. And what's worse, when going back to edit, the form doesn't show the current values of the object, but instead the same ones it showed when loading the edit form the forst time.

This happens on IE6 only, both IE7 and Firefox function normally (which doesn't help me one bit since the company I did the site for has an IE6 only policy...)

Turning the new content caching mechanism on and off doesn't have any influence on this. Before the update, the site ran for almost a year on 2.6 without having this problem. I didn't make any changes to the website configuration, so I wanted to ask if there where any changes to the way cache (or expires, or whatever) headers are set or if anyone has any idea what else might cause this problem.

Bye,

Andreas
