Datagard does its job, as it's better to abort than install something nowhere. But on the other hand (and this is serious problem), we should have plan B for such scenarios. You could try to locate Role_Web package somewhere, and try to install it manually before running DG again. Can you create ticket for it (a blocker one)? I'll try to fix it ASAP, even if it means we have to serve Role_Web package from our channel.
