#13: EmbeddedNeo should implement a service interface

{{{EmbeddedNeo}}} is a single concrete class. For Spring friendliness,
proper I/I separation and general compliance with dependency injection
frameworks, {{{EmbeddedNeo}}} should implement a contract specified by a
service interface. So far, so good, should've been done a long time ago.
But the question is: what should we name the service interface?
