Short how-to: after installing it in your Eclipse 3.4/Ganymede (has to include GEF), go to the preferences for Neo4j and point it to the location of a node store. After that, open the Neo4j perspective. The documentation isn't really up to date, but please ask me or the list if you have any questions!
