The web server is slightly ambiguous, because it's a GWT eclipse
plugin that is used to run. I do believe it to be a Tomcat server. I'm
trying to find a source that confirms that.

Nothing about OSGi, no... The messages.log looks ok, apart from a few
non clean shutdowns but successful recoveries.
