Or if you start the server with that database you can browse around in the
graph with the built-in webadmin tool. So if you are running in embedded
mode you can shut it down, symlink your
<neo4j-server-directory>/data/graph.db/ directory to that db and start it.
Then browse to http://localhost:7474/ . If you're running the server then
you already have that functionality.
