Neo4j has replication as I understand. Is it possible to explictly mark which subtrees must be replicated i.e. send a subtree from one neo4j database to another. A sort of peer to peer. I know HypergraphDB seems to support this. Also they attach a UUID on each node so that the nodes preserve their "identity" when they get transferred to another database.
