Aliabbas, several customers integrate neo4j with other rdbms and nosql solutions.
For instance evident software integrates Neo4j in production with Cassandra. And StudiVZ (imho) integrates it with mysql. There are certainly others, but I'm not so deeply involved in the customer architectures that I know these.
