Hi!

The remote connectivity feature was dropped since the underlying Neo4j 
feature it used was dropped. It could be re-created using the REST API, 
but that hasn't happened yet. For now, you could use the webadmin tool 
instead: http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/snapshot/webadmin-data.html
