I wanted to bring this article the attention of Neo4j engineers. I'm sure many of you have already seen it. The LMAX concurrency system seems to have a few peculiar limitations, but also very specific attention to real hardware limitations. Perhaps their approach to concurrency might have some benefit for Neo4j.
