Boris, The plugin resides as prepackaged under system/lib. Also, this is on my todo list for neo4j 1.5, so please try the upgrade in neo4j server component where the libs are included and let me know of any issues. I hope to get to it next week, we will be in contact then I guess regarding your other questions :)
