Well, there is no built-in paging in the core API, but you can do similar things (not caching, but actually requesting different parts of the result set) by using Gremlin/Groovy functions to pick out parts of the results, or Cypher skip/limit functionality, see http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/snapshot/query-skip.html#skip-return-middle-two
