I think the other option would be to have subgraphs hanging off the root node.

Subject: [Neo4j] Multiple Graphs in Neo4j

Hi,

is there a way to store/manage multiple graphs in neo4j? What I would like to
do is to manage multiple graphs that are independently of each other, lets say
one graph with social network data like facebook friends and another graph with
wikipedia pages.

In Neography there is a directory option, what does this mean? Would be nice if
I could set up a new directory for each graph and then access it through:
Neography::Rest.new("http://username:[email protected]:7474/mydirectory";)

Is this possible?

Thanks!
David
