Thanks Jacob, I was not including the plugin dependency in my project. I was
only using this dependency:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.neo4j</groupId>
<artifactId>neo4j-cypher</artifactId>
</dependency>
But not the plugin one.
Now it works fantastic.
