[m2eclipse-user] Using specific dependency version

Hi,
I would like to build my project using my eclipse plugin for maven.
In my pom the version of junit is 3.8.1.
What I want to do is specify, for a specific build (not in the pom file), to use another version.
Can you help me do it?
