I don't want to sound rude or something, but please try to imagine
that someone who never saw your projects reads your email and trying to
help you. How far do you think he would get with the information you
provided?
Anyways, all I can suggest you is to create some simple projects and
see if you can reproduce these issues for yourself. If you will be able
to reproduce that on clean projects, then it will be easy for you to
submit a bug report with those test cases and we would be able to
identify the cause.
It is possible that your poms have some garbage that new version of
the Maven Embedder does not like (most probably something in the plugins
configuration or something like that). So, you would have to do some
home work and try to identify what is it.
