Please open issue in JIRA and provide full stack trace you getting.
I am doing most of the development on Eclipse 3.3 and can't verify
every version on all old Eclipse releases. Here is the area where user
community can contribute to.

Actually, it does not run on weblogic workshop 9.2.0, which is based
off eclipse 3.1.2.
First, I had to fix "No match is available for the required execution
environment: J2SE-1.4" by removing that from manifest file.
Now I finally have the Maven2 option show up in preferences, but I
cannot launch any maven task.
I keep getting this error:
!ENTRY org.eclipse.core.runtime 4 2 2007-02-26 16:38:57.937
!MESSAGE An internal error occurred during: "Launching".
!STACK 0
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/core/runtime/FileLocator
I did some research, it seems this missing class is available in
eclipse 3.2.
So my question is, how can I have 0.0.10 run inside weblogic workshop
9.2.0, (eclipse 3.1.2)?
