  You don't have to enable dependency management for those projects and
just keep using whathever .classpath has.

  So, I have two possible improvements in mind:

-- Rename action "Maven / Enable" to "Enable Dependency Management"
-- Make this action to delete all jar entries from the .classpath. 
Either if there is a duplicate entry, or just remove all jar entries
unconditionally.

  Thoughts?
