ps not behind a proxy or firewall... 'mvn test' works fine from
command line

Hi,
i've the problem, that I define a artifact as provided in a parent
pom. Maven2 find this artifact in the child pom but the plugin don't
show this in the Dependencies and eclipse cant find it.
