you also use the test lifecycle in the eclipse plugin?
the thest lifecycle?
what happens is even when i change the pom.xml file (which works from
command line) than automaticaly the pom gets proccesed (default target
is run?) and then i get the same error as below.

i have a project which i can run from command line. like mvn test but
