Thanks, I have raised MNGECLIPSE-297 to cover this issue. I have attached the example projects including a JUnit test.

Not sure what you mean by this. I am unable to modify anything within the "Maven2 Dependencies" container as the buttons are greyed out. This means I cannot tweak the classpath by reordering it as everything is under that container.
