Hi,
building the project from command line works as usual and maven downloads all the necessary
artifacts but not the source or javadoc jars like the plugin.
Ok, i assume it is an infinite loop, because the progress bar message from eclipse says "Processing
commons-lang:commons-lang:jar:2.3" and the cpu load for javaw.exe goes up to 99%. When this happens
the only thing left to do is killing the javaw.exe, restart eclipse and uncheck "Download sources".
Maybe we have to change from maven-proxy to archiva or artifactory, but maven-proxy has worked here
since early last year.

should download everything it needs then.
