If I have the preferences box checked saying I want artifact sources, it
frequently (every file save (buid)) tries to download those sources it
doesn't have, and it's very noisy about it.
I'd dearly like to have this done in some other manner. When I see red in the
console window, I think it should indicate a build problem. Sources for
artifacts are seldom (if ever) build failures. Maybe an explicit
command "Update dependency source/javadoc".
