Maven nature and "Enable Maven" only used for automated management of
the Eclipse classpath/buildpath. The "enable" action will be soon
renamed to "Enable dependency management" to remove confusion.
On the other hand all "run" actions and shortcuts are completely
independent from maven nature and don't require any special settings, so
there is no point to disable them.
