hi, i dont know if there is a current issue about MAVEN_OPTS, but my upgraded version of my m2-plugin gracefully ignores the settings done in the environment-variable. i'd like to search the list about that, but http://archive.m2eclipse.codehaus.org/user/~search is broken :-|
