Tim,

Please note that plugin delegates all the pom loading to Maven Embedder component and there are huge difference between Embedder used in 0.0.10 and 0.0.11 releases. So, to address this issue we will have to see your pom.xml or better complete project that would allow us to reproduce issue.

You may also want to read the following document on the project wiki. It has some hints how to help us to reproduce your issues. http://docs.codehaus.org/display/M2ECLIPSE/How+To+Report+Issues

regards,
Eugene

I rolled back to version 0.10 and I received a standard error of “Could not find a suitable version for xxx.yyy.com [1.2)” which I’ve received many times before. Typically when this error occurs I delete the corresponding library from my local repository and try again and repeat if necessary till the application compiles. I then re-upgraded again to version 0.11 and everything worked fine…so a couple of questions.

   1. What causes the problem of cannot find version [1.2)?
   2. It seems version 0.10 provided more verbosity in the error
messages is there a flag I need to set to achieve this in 0.11.

Thanks

Tim

Congrats on the new release it’s been sometime since a release so this is much appreciated.

I just upgraded yesterday to 0.11 and I am currently receiving an error “Unable to read model from /app/pom.xml; java.lang.NullPointerException*”* unfortunately though there is no explanation as to why this would be failing. Keep in mind this exact POM file worked under 0.10. Does this have to do with an upgrade to the underlying Maven version? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Tim
