Neither solution is good. If you have Eclipse and Maven build to the
same directory, Maven is constantly getting Eclipse all confused.
On the other hand, if you have Eclipse build to its own directory, then
you lose the capability of things like Jetty doing a live refresh of a
web app after you save a source file.
It's just a tangled mess either way.
