In the last version you can select jar entry from a "Maven
Dependencies" container. Then call Properties from the popup menu and
select "Java Source Attachment" page in that dialog. Then specify path
to your source jar or zip (it can't be a project or directory, only an
archive). Then when you hit OK or Apply you should get a dialog asking
confirmation for installing selected archive into local Maven repository.
We may have to change that in future versions because many people
found above feature confusing.
