0.0.9 is _really_ old. You should not use it or report any bugs on that
version. First, try with a fresh Eclipse installation, network access
without proxies if possible and one of these two URLs:
http://m2eclipse.codehaus.org/update
http://m2eclipse.codehaus.org/update-dev
You can also point your browser to those, you will see that 0.0.12 is
available for download.
