BTW, I am also working on a Swing-based visualizer in conjunction with work that Eugene is doing. I have been using yFiles, which is commercial, as this is the tool that JetBrains uses in IntelliJ (what I use, sorry :-)). So we hope to have Eclipse & IDEA covered and Milos is taking care of Netbeans and they have their own graph library.
