There is a place for m2eclipse and Q4E, the plugin philosophy are different.

I started with m2eclipse, then tried q4e, and goes back to m2eclipse with 0.9.0.

Q4E could be a major part of the Eclipse Buckminster build process,
where m2eclipse will stick with pure maven (but I could be wrong).
