Anyway I have another problem (?). I have a spring configuration file located in src/main/resources-filter since it need to be filtered... On the console, all is fine but in eclipse with version 0.9, the Run classpath seems to be looking in src/main/resources-filter and NOT in target/test-classes.
Any idea ?
If your project is using resource filtering you should either enable resource filtering in the "Maven Dependencies" container settings or set project to use same folders as Maven this is also set on the "Maven Dependencies" container settings.

PS: all those settings will be moved to Maven properties page in the standard project properties dialog.
