Thank for you're help

I did everything you said

I Change C:/maven/maven-2.0.8/bin to C:/maven/maven-2.0.8 for external
Maven install

After pressing often the F8 button on debug I have theses lines on the
console

+ Error stacktraces are turned on.
Maven version: 2.0.8
Java version: 1.6.0_01
OS name: "windows xp" version: "5.1" arch: "x86" Family: "windows"

...so I give up, I don't know what is the problem.
You not suppose to have all these problems when you just install a
plugin.

It's funny because I installed that plugin at my work (version 0012)
to my station and to another station (version 009) and it work.

Thank for you're patience

You should use C:/maven/maven-2.0.8 folder. We need to add some
verification, so you won't be able

Had you been using external Maven install all the time?

on errors.
