Just a note since I'm not sure if it's a features or not.
I spend some time finding why Subversive tried to use my internal
proxy when trying to access our internal subversion repository since
No proxy was defined under Eclipse in General/Network connection.
It appears that if m2eclipse found an active proxy in ~m2/settings.xml
setup the system env vars for http.proxy
Note that subversive/JavaKit didn't support (yet ?) the proxy exclusion.
it may be hopefull to others m2eclipse users (and avoid them headaches)
