These tables are meant to illustrate how application and test classpath
is calculated from java project build path. "Custom N" are the entries
configured manually using either java project build path properties page
or via launch configuration "Classpath" tab.
I realize this representation is confusing but could not find a better
way to explain how different entries get reordered and dropped depending
on launch configuration type (i.e. application vs. test).
If you can provide some details about your project(s) I can probably
help diagnosing ClassNotFoundExceptions (sample project would be ideal).

Hello,
I read the wiki page about the Runtime Classpath but it is not clear to
me how I should read these tables. What is "custom 1" and alike?
Can anyone shed some more light on this? I'm asking this since I have
ClassNotFoundExceptions when launching applications and unit tests using
Eclipse.
