Tim,

Our WTP integration requires at least WTP 2.0.0 (actually only tested with 2.0.2) and will not work with RAD7.

I just tested that wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-1.5.5-200708291442 happily installed and ran Maven Integration for Eclipse and Maven POM XML Editor, so the problem with these two features must be RAD7.

I do not have RAD7, but if you can find how to fix our manifests to be compatible with RAD7, I'd be happy to apply the fix, assuming it works for other eclipse versions ;-).

Or you can just download needed bundles from our update site and drop them into appropriate plugins directory (I remember RAD7 had ~1500 of them). Standalone update manager might help if you decide to go this route http://help.eclipse.org/help32/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/misc/update_standalone.html

Let us know if you were able to get m2eclipse working.

PS: we do need to update our feature.xml files to list proper set of dependencies/versions we require.

I was able to install a dev release the other day, but I removed the
features (uninstalled) so I could document the install

I get this when I try to install on RAD 7.0.0.6:
Current configuration contains errors that are not corrected by the
requested operation and more errors would be introduced. See details for
more information.
  ----- Current configuration problems -----
Resulting configuration does not contain the platform.
----- Configuration problems after the operation -----
Resulting configuration does not contain the platform.
Maven Integration for Eclipse (0.9.4.20080603-0114) requires feature
"org.eclipse.platform (3.1.0)", or later version.
Maven POM XML Editor (Optional) (0.9.4.20080603-0114) requires
plug-in "org.eclipse.core.runtime".
Maven Integration for WTP (Optional) (0.9.4.20080603-0114) requires
plug-in "org.eclipse.core.runtime".

The funny thing is org.eclipse.platform version from the configuration
details listing is:
org.eclipse.platform (3.2.2.r322_v20070119-RQghndJN8IM0MsK) "Eclipse
Platform"

Any suggestions or anyone know if this an issue with my installation or
the plugin manifests?
