Hi all,

We have been working on Maven POM editor and refactored project structure to accommodate new EMF-based maven pom model used for editing and merged editor code into the trunk.

There is now new project project org.maven.ide.eclipse.editor that currently contains form-based editor, dependency hierarchy viewer and dependency graph [1].
Project org.maven.ide.components.pom became obsolete and had been removed.

I've updated instructions for configuring development environment on the wiki [2] as well as PSF files for m2eclipse projects. Because we now have more dependencies on WTP projects we recommend to install WTP SDK as your target platform in Eclipse [3], [4]. There are preliminary instructions on the wiki on how to download all required features [5] (we are planning to automate this step, so please stay tuned). Once you have target platform configured, you should be able to build all projects in Eclipse and could launch m2eclipse with new pom editor in "self-hosted mode" [6].

Please also note that command line Maven build in trunk is currently NOT functional. We are planning to update build and instructions on the wiki during next few days.

For those who want to try new pom editor features, the next dev build should be available next week.

 regards,
 Eugene
