If you are asking about maven-eclipse-plugin [1] then this question
should be addressed to the Maven users list.
This mailing list is for m2eclipse [2] users and for questions related
to m2eclipse itself. Since you are here and also mentioned WTP, you may
want to consider WTP integration included with m2eclipse [3]. This may
make those command line Maven plugins for Eclipse obsolete, but we would
like to hear feedback from you on that.
