Maybe you should upgrade you svn-command-line client to 1.5.0 because
the subclipse plugin 1.4.1 default use the svn 1.5.0 format work copy.
Or you use the the older svn-client with subclipse plugin. Eclipse ->
Windows ->Preferences ->Team -> SVN -> SVN Interface -> Client.
