To start, can you please verify if you're able to successfully run the
unit tests using maven from CLI (i.e. "mvn clean test")? m2e tries to
mimic classpath order used by maven CLI (see [1] for details). Please
open JIRA bugreport with sample project and steps to reproduce the
problem if this is m2e-specific problem.
