Please note that m2eclipse is currently does not support combination
of Flex Builder and WTP, so we can't guarantee it will work. If you are
interested in such support, please open JIRA issue and provide test
project(s) that we could use to test this.

The problem is that sometimes, for some reason that I ignore, the file
.settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.components doesn't has an entry indicating
the flex files to be published. It should be something like this:
<wb-resource deploy-path="/" source-path="/myswffiles"/>
Maybe the bug is in the combination m2eclipse + flex builder, but I really
don't have a clue where it is.
Anyway, the solution I found was to put the entry mentioned above and
everything worked fine.
