This is, I think, the MOST important bug of m2eclipse, but I failed to
reproduce it with a test project that I could submit in an issue.
I am pretty sure that this is not related to WTP integration since I
reproduced it on a JAR project.
If you have a project where this bug is reproductible, could you
create a JIRA issue and attach it ? With such project, I am sure
m2eclipse guys will try to resolve this VERY blocking bug !
