This, too, should be fixed in 0.9.6. Please note, that in order to take
advantage of the fix you will have to reimport projects (see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE-741 for more details).
Since I was not able to observe the "duplicate entry" error myself, I am
asking everybody affected to try the next 0.9.6 dev build and comment in
MNGECLIPSE-741 whether the problem still exists or not.
