Jason,
This usually happen when Eclipse project configuration is out of sync
with pom.xml
Can you please try to run "Maven / update project configuration"
action on your project, then delete and create new launch configuration
for your app and try to run it again.
If that won't resolve the problem, please open a jira issue and attach
a test project that would allow us to reproduce this. You can use small
test project that replicates your or use your original project if you want.
Thanks
Eugene

With this week's build of m2eclipse (20080818), my effective pom includes:
<resources>
<resource>
<directory>/home/dev/workspace/docx4all/src/main/resources</directory>
</resource>
</resources>
However, running the project from Eclipse's run dialog as a Java
application, those resources aren't on the class path.
I have to specifically go in to run dialog's Class path > User Entries
Advanced > Add Folder and add that directory in order to put it on
the classpath.
cheers

Eugene, Would you like me to retry sending the effective POM since
today's build generates it properly? .. Jason

I hope this is what you were expecting to see - these did come from
the pom.xml tab of the Mven POM Editor, but they look much like the
static pom files to me.
hmm, now I see the "Show effective POM" button, but it doesn't do
anything.
The refresh button to the right causes any changes I make in the POM
fields to vanish :(
I'm running on Linux
Sorry, apparently there is a regression in one for the last builds. See
