M2E 0.9.7 will have improved AJDT integration that properly works for
aspect/in path dependencies that resolve into workspace projects. The
new functionality requires not-yet-released AJDT 1.5.4 and 1.6.0, and it
was tested with 1.6.0.200808211329.
We will update minimum required AJDT version to 1.5.4 once AJDT team
releases compatible 1.5.4 build. Please let us know if new required AJDT
version is going to be a problem to anyone.
