Yes, I have exactly the same problem, I have to make a 'Update Project 
Configuration' to make everything work again...

since upgrading (probably) everytime I restart eclise my projects loose 
'Maven Dependencies' classpath entry. I have to perform Project -> 
Update all Maven dependencies and everything goes back to normal.

Has anyone else also experienced such behaviour?
