Please submit an enhancement request for importing and exporting
m2eclipse properties to the project tracker at
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE
In a mean time you have two options
* manually copy settings
<workspace>/.metadata/.plugins/org.maven.ide.eclipse/indexInfo.xml
* create your own plugin that would describe your repository and
distribute such plugin to all members of your team. See for more details
about corresponding extension point
