I didn't see anything in the docs so... Is it always the case the m2e will hijack the eclipse "clean" and perform a maven build? Can this be disabled? All I want m2e do in eclipse is to management dependencies and allow for /explicit/ initiating of maven goals, while eclipse performs all compilations.
